NocoAI acts with your permissions. Each action below shows the minimum base role that it needs. NocoAI does not offer actions that your role does not allow.
Actions with the note Asks first wait until you click Approve. Then they run.

NocoAI answers questions about NocoDB. It uses this documentation to find the answers. For billing, account problems or bugs, NocoAI sends you to the NocoDB support team.
What NocoAI can't do yet
- Manage members, roles or permissions
- Set up sync, webhooks or scripts
- Create, rename or manage workspaces
- Share bases or views, or create share links
- Comment on records (it can comment on docs)
- Undo with a button. You can ask NocoAI to put back a change that it made. This does not restore deleted tables, fields, views or records.
NocoAI is not available on mobile. To use NocoAI, you need a role on the base. People who only have access to an interface cannot use NocoAI.
Availability
- NocoAI is available on NocoDB Cloud (Plus plan and above). On Cloud, NocoAI uses credits. Your plan includes credits each month.
- On self-hosted deployments (Business plan and above), you must configure your own AI integration to use AI.
