CRM

Use CRM Sync to import accounts, contacts, and owner information from your CRM platform. It follows a predefined schema that makes CRM data the same across systems. Use it to keep account reports in one place, segment contacts, and build sales dashboards together with the rest of your workspace.

Current supported sources include:

  • HubSpot

All three CRM tables are essential, and App Sync always includes them. App Sync makes the relationships between accounts, contacts, and users automatically.

Available Tables

Each table maps to a well-defined set of fields, so the structure stays the same. App Sync also includes relational fields that connect these tables as necessary.

Metadata Fields

Each synced table in the CRM category includes a set of metadata fields. These fields track the lifecycle, state, and origin of each record. They show how data flows from the external source into NocoDB. They are important for traceability, debugging, and audit requirements.

App Sync manages these metadata fields automatically. They are read-only.

FieldDescription
RemoteIdThe unique identifier of the record in the external source system.
RemoteCreatedAtThe timestamp when the record was first created in the source.
RemoteUpdatedAtThe timestamp of the most recent update in the source.
RemoteDeletedShows if the record was deleted in the source platform. App Sync uses this especially when the delete behavior is set to Ignore.
RemoteDeletedTimeThe timestamp when the record was deleted in the source, if applicable.
RemoteRawThe raw payload from the provider for that record. Use it for troubleshooting, verification, or advanced integrations.
RemoteNamespaceThe origin portal or account in the CRM platform.
