In NocoDB workflows, Action Nodes do specific operations or tasks when the workflow runs. Use them to change data and send notifications.

Types of action nodes
NocoDB has these Action Nodes for operations in your workflows:
| Node | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create Record | Creates a new record in a specified table. You can map data from previous nodes to the fields of the new record. |
| Update Record | Updates a record in a specified table. You select the record by its ID and map new values to its fields. |
| Delete Record | Deletes a record from a specified table, by its ID. |
| Find Records | Searches for records in a specified table with defined criteria. Use filters to get specific records. |
| List Records | Gets one or more records from a specified table. Apply filters to get only the records that match conditions. |
| Send Email | Sends email notifications. You configure the recipient, the subject and the body, and you can add dynamic data from previous nodes. |
