Use the Gallery view in NocoDB to show records as cards with image thumbnails.

The Gallery view shows images as thumbnails, together with other fields, as in a gallery. Use this view type to look at images.

In the gallery view, you can sort, filter, group and search records. You can also export the data in the gallery view to CSV or Excel format. This section gives all the operations for the gallery view.

## Gallery View Record Operations

1. **Add a New Record to the Gallery**: You cannot add a new record directly in the gallery view. Add the record to the table. The gallery view then shows the record.
2. **Edit an Existing Record on the Gallery**: Click the card in the gallery view. The record opens in the expanded record view. Edit the record in the form view and save it.
3. **Delete a Single Record from the Gallery**: Click the card in the gallery view. The record opens in the expanded record view. To delete the record, use the expanded record context menu.
4. **Delete Multiple Records in Bulk from the Gallery**: You cannot delete multiple records in bulk directly in the gallery view. Delete them in bulk from the grid view. The gallery view then shows the change.
