Learn how to create, import, and manage tables in NocoDB.

Tables hold your data in NocoDB. A table has **records** (rows) and **fields** (columns). Each base can have many tables. You can link tables to make relationships between datasets.

NocoDB tables work like spreadsheets, with more options:

* Show data as a grid, kanban board, gallery, or calendar.
* Sort, filter, and aggregate data.

You can:

* [Create a new table](/docs/product/tables/table-operations/create-table)
* [Import a table from CSV, Excel, or JSON](/docs/product/tables/table-operations/create-table-via-import)
* [Import data into an existing table](/docs/product/tables/table-operations/import-data-into-existing-table)
* [Rename](/docs/product/tables/table-operations/actions-on-table#rename-table), [duplicate](/docs/product/tables/table-operations/actions-on-table#duplicate-table), or [delete a table](/docs/product/tables/table-operations/actions-on-table#delete-table)

Use tables to organize your data in the way that you need.
