Keep NocoDB tables in sync with another base or with external systems.

NocoDB has two kinds of sync. Open both from **+ Create New → Sync** in the base sidebar or from **Settings → Manage → Sync**:

| | Use it when |
| ------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **[NocoDB Sync](/docs/product/sync/nocodb-sync)** | You want a Grid view from another NocoDB base to show as a read-only table in this base. The table updates continuously. |
| **[App Sync](/docs/product/sync/app-sync)** | You want to get data from an external system (for example GitHub, GitLab, Linear or Zendesk) into NocoDB. |

Both kinds of sync use the same list page at **Settings → Manage → Sync**. The page shows the status and the last trigger time of each sync. Each row has actions to pause, resume, refresh, edit or delete the sync.

## Availability

* Sync is available on **NocoDB Cloud** (Plus plan and above) and licensed self-hosted deployments (Business plan and above).
