## Why are we building this?

Most internet businesses use a spreadsheet or a database for their business needs.
A Billion+ people use spreadsheets together every day.
But people do not work at the same speed on databases, which are much more powerful tools for computing.
SaaS products tried to solve this problem. The results were bad access controls, vendor lock-in, data lock-in and sudden price changes.
Most important, they put a glass ceiling on what is possible in the future.
